Most of the hotels in Aarhus are located in the city center about half an hour from the university on foot, 10 minutes by bus. Participants are expected to book their own hotel rooms, but we have reserved a limited number of rooms at three different hotels for ECARDC X participants. Please see the listing below for details.

For students and others on a limited budget we have a very limited number of rooms in the university guest house available on a first come first served basis. A single room is 360 dkk per night (without breakfast), a double room is 500 dkk per night, a triple 565 dkk. If you are interested in booking one of these rooms, please contact the conference coordinator as soon as possible.   (UPDATE: The rooms in the guest house are now fully booked).

We have reserved a limited number of rooms at three central hotels in Aarhus. At the Scandic Plaza and Radisson you will also receive a small discount as ECARDC X participant. Please see the listing below for details.

Budget

Cabinn Hotel. Located in the city center, close to the main shopping district. Price range 485 dkk to 675 dkk per night, without breakfast. Please book before February 12 to reserve one of the rooms we have booked for conference participants and use the code 713 834 when booking.

Mid-range

Scandic Plaza. Located just across from the main train station in Aarhus, very convenient for busses to the university. A single room is 1015 dkk per night, a double 1215 dkk. Please book before March 7 to take advantage of the discount and use the code HUM070411 when booking. This can only be done by sending them an email.

High end

Radisson Blue Scandinavia Hotel. Located in the city center, next to the art museum. A single room is 1035 dkk per night, a double 1235 dkk. Please book before February 1 to take advantage of the discount and use the code 895974 when booking.
